French animation school Gobelins' senior class has made a very good animated film. Oktopodi tells the tale of an octopus desperately trying to rescue his lady. It's done in cgi. And unlike other low budget cgi this one doesn't look like a video game cut scene. I really enjoyed the background design and color styling of the city.

I went to MyToons to watch this, and it is probably one of my favorite animations of all time. So well executed, great music, love how it ends - I really just couldn't love it more!
You know that you can embed it from MyToons directly into your blog, right?
